We live near Cedar and 27th. Someone obviously had a bike stolen last night because an officer came to our door to inform us that they had chased someone and they ditched the bike between our house and the neighbors.
The guy kept lingering in the area last night but no luck for officers to find him.
I found him trying to jump my neighbors fence this morning, he actually dropped his phone in our yard last night when running from police and was dumb enough to tell me he was looking for his lost phone from when he was being chased by the police.
Hope they catch up with the little hoodlum and if someone is missing a bike this morning RPD has it, should be at First Precinct
